...some of them are here at The Word too! We think we're a pretty decent bunch - we're hard-working, dedicated and ambitious and best of all, we all get along. Plus, we're based in the lush rural setting of East Anglia, and the fresh air does wonders! (FYI - as we're not in London we don't charge silly London prices.)

Entrepreneurial, gregarious and sociable, Russell Evans is a marketing communications expert and a founding director of The Works. Originally from Wales he is an honorary local who fell in love with the place over 20 years ago when he was here on a graduate trainee programme for Grand Metropolitan as a marketing analyst and salesman with Norwich Brewery where he ended up as brand manager for Budweiser, Fosters and Carlsberg. From beer he moved on to birds at Buxted Poultry and then into the agency world at BJP. He has never looked back. He has transformed The Works into the vibrant, young agency it is today through sheer hard work and determination. He is also a director and share holder in Magic Online Solutions.
